[Qt-creator] Updating requirements for building Qt Creator 7+ (master branch)

Yes, the plan would also be to remove the plugin support files.

Generally, most of the porting work is to add a CMakeLists.txt file with some CMake preamble and qtc_add_plugin, like described in 
https://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qtcreator-extending/first-plugin.html#cmake-project

Linking to hunspell is not quite so straightforward though. I’ve added something at https://github.com/CJCombrink/SpellChecker-Plugin/pull/133 as a start.
