[Qt-creator] Dev: Qt Creator 7 feature freeze next week

I have created the 7.0 branch(es).

Please start using the 7.0 branch for anything that is supposed to land in 7.0.
You can move existing changes to the new branch with the vertical “…” menu, “Move change”, on the top right corner in Gerrit (next to “Edit”).

I’ll still merge master branch back to 7.0 tomorrow, for changes that accidentally landed in the wrong branch.
Qt Creator 7 will then be in feature freeze starting tomorrow.
