[Qt-creator] Qt Creator 9.0 will enter string freeze on EOB Thu, 27.10.2022

Hello,

We have released Qt Creator 9.0 beta today (https://www.qt.io/blog/qt-creator-9-beta2-released) and are working towards completing the RC in two weeks.

To allow documentation engineers, translators, and QA to do their jobs, no changes to the translatable UI strings will be allowed after EOB tomorrow, 27.10.2022.

If you must fix typos or something else that cannot wait for version 10, add me as a reviewer in Gerrit and send a message to  localization at qt-project.org<mailto:localization at qt-project.org>.

If you would like to translate Qt Creator 9.0, read the instructions in https://github.com/qt-creator/qt-creator/blob/master/share/qtcreator/translations/README.md and send a message to the localization list, to avoid duplicate work. We are already working on the German translation.
