[Qt-creator] Qt Creator master: no application output / remote linux debug

Hi guys,

A month ago (plus/minus) I observed that there is no application output
(Application Output tab) when Remote Linux Debug sessions are started. If I
check "Run in terminal", the terminal didn't start too. But the session
itself works well (when "Run in terminal" is turned off): application
stops, react on BP & etc.

At the same time, if I just run an application remotely without Debugger it
works as expected: output translates into Application output tab, if
Terminal run enabled, Terminal starts and works too.

Qt Creator Master, at least 12d55a5636f00280a2afa30da3202b5d3937f3d0

Is it expected behaviour? Maybe some settings should be adjusted? Or should
the bug report be filled?
