Qt Creator 17

* Feature freeze wk17 (~Apr 24 2025)
* Beta release wk19 (~May 8 2025)
* String freeze wk21 (~May 22 2025)
* RC release wk23 (~Jun 5 2025)
* Final release wk25 (~Jun 18 2025)

I'll create the 17.0 branch(es) on Friday morning (CEST). At the same time "master" branch will be locked until next Tuesday to make developers aware of the new branches and that most fixes should go there.
