[Qt-creator] How to downgrade from 19.0.1 back to 19.0.0?

Hi!

After upgrading from 19.0.0 to 19.0.1, Qt Creator ignores the language settings in preferences, which makes it very hard to work, given that all the documentation I use is in English.
I tried to downgrade back to 19.0.0 (something I have done several times with Visual Studio, if something didn’t work), but even when I enable “Archive” in Qt Maintainance Tool, I can’t find out how to install 19.0.0.

Any hints?
