[Qt-creator] Dev: Feature freeze Qt Creator 19 planned for next week

Hi,

feature freeze is planned for today, "end of business day".

Tomorrow morning (CEST) I'll create the 19.0 branch(es). At the same time the "master" branch will be locked for a few days to make developers aware of the new branch and that most fixes should go there.
