Exactly. The patches should be already included in 4.5.2. 
I found them on http://gitorious.org/~paulot.

However, I have still problems with the "Transformed Display Driver". 
I see artefacts on the display where it looks like as if some pixels do 
not get erased properly when 
the content of the diplay changes.

Any comments on this?
