[Qt-embedded-interest] Touch Screen feature in QtEmbedded 4.5

Hi All,

       Can anyone tell me how to configure and use the Touch Screen 
feature in QtEmbedded  4.5.0.
       When i searched, i only got QTouchEvent class in 4.6 version.
       Can anybody suggest how to enable touch screen feature in 
QtEmbedded  4.5.0.
