[Qt-interest] what are command for building Qt for shared/static

Hi Efan, 
 
AFAIK, in Qt 3 it was optional whether single or multi threaded.  In Qt4, it
is no longer optional - so I assume that implies all projects are generated
to compile as multi-threaded.  Looking at the generated VS project options
for debug mode, they include:
 
/MDd    Multi-threaded Debug DLL

I am sorry dont know how to build Qt for windows in either of these  

Multi-threaded Debug, DLL
Multi-threaded, DLL

Multi-threaded static , Multi-threaded Debug, static runtime etc etc.

Can any one tell me what command should i use to build qt  in either of
above way.
