You may want to take a look at the ReportsPgz component of KOffice2:

It would require to turn your Qt application into a KDE application,
though, but that should not be a problem as the libraries you would
need to link to (kdelibs, kofficelibs and maybe kdepimlibs) are LGPL
(i. e. you are allowed to link to your closed-source application).
It's cross-platform (Unix/Mac/Windows).
