[Qt-interest] If I have multiple QAxWidgets on a form, the application crashes when closed

Hi,

   I am using Qt 4.1.4. When I have more than one QAxWidgets on a form, the 
application crashes when the form is closed. This behavior looks vey similar 
to the one specified in a prior thread :

   Would there be a patch or a work around to avoid this?
