[Qt-interest] Qt-eclipse Integration

I'm running following:

Qt 4.3.4
Eclipse for c/c++: 3.4.1
Qt-eclipse-integration: 1.4.3 (x64)

My platform:
Redhat Enterprise Linux 4 running ke 3.3.1-9.el4

I'm getting this errors in eclipse 
version 'GLIBC_2.4' not found.

I did "strings /lib/libc.so.6 | grep GLIBC" and
"strings /ib64/tls/libc.so.6 | grep GLIBC" and I found GLIBC_2.3.4 as the highest version.

How can I install GLIBC?
I don't have root permissions, but I can ask sys admin to do it for me, but just want to make sure that its doable.
Upgrading to RE5 or putting newer KDE is not an option.
