[Qt-interest] is QT build with static CRT (Windows)

Why?
For 4.4.3 it is compiled in static and linked with my application without 
any problems.
But in 4.5.0 snapshot I have strange error when compiling QtWebkit in 
static: linking error (something like "disk full or can't seek at 
0xBF456728"). What was changed in 4.5 in comparison with 4.4.3? I hope it is 
temporarily bug and will fixed in 4.5 release.
