Hello James

That depends on how you installed Qt. If you installed from the .dmg 
binaries we provide, you can run the script called "uninstall-qt.py" as 
root (with sudo).

If you built from sources, rm -rf the sources and the prefix where you 
installed Qt (usually, /usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-X.Y.Z)
