[Qt-interest] Qt3 QIconView -> Qt4 ?

Hello list

I was unpacking an old application I developed in Qt3 that would like to
move to Qt4 and update, it uses a QIconView object that is not available in
Qt4, is there an alternative to it? Maybe a different solution but that
allows me use the same or similar features?
