If you use Qt from the KDE on Windows project, you will have QtDBUS on
Windows. You will also benefit from the latest Phonon (4.2, instead of
4.1).

Please note:
- Qt from the KDE on Windows project is, for now, binary incompatible
with the official Qt
- Qt from the KDE on Windows project is NOT supported by Qt Software
(although many Qt developers are also KDE developers)
