[Qt-interest] setting icons for files

Is there any way to set the icon for a file? For example, pdf files and
photoshop files have their own icons that show a small thumbnail of what is
inside. When a document is saved in my application, I want to generate a
small png that will become the icon for that saved file. Can I do this with
Qt? Thanks.
