If you purchase a commercial edition, you can get the qt-solutions.
There is a QT/MFC migration codebase just for this.

Subject: [Qt-interest] Is it possible to use dll which is generated by
MFCin qt?

Hello, everybody,

I have a doubt on whether it is possible to use a dll which is generated
by MFC in qt4?

In the dll, there are some Timers provided by MFC. And I know MFC and Qt
use different event mechanism. I have gooled but with no luck. Have
anybody encountered this situation before?

Thanks in advance.
