[Qt-interest] TouchPad Event

Hi,
 
I'm working on a Touch pad Application. Does someone know, how can my QWidget receive  the Touch pad event (not mouse event) . I think that the Touchpad event Class should be very similar than QTabletEvent.  But i don't know how can i write a customer QEvent.  Can anyone give me some ideas?
