[Qt-interest] Showing a QDialog in the background and let the taskbar flash

Hi,

I want to show a QDialog in the background with a flashing entry in the 
taskbar, that doesn't steal the users focus.
I cannot really find any information on how to achieve this with Qt.

activateWindow() seems to do this on Windows, but I don't understand how 
to "show()" the window in the background.
