Dear Friends,
I have a small problem regarding OpenGL library, for which I can find the solution.
I have developed an application using OpenGL library, which shows an image on to the screen with some effect. When Iam using an image whose width & height are multiples of 32, application is showing the image on the screen. When I am using an image whose either width or height is non multiple of 32, then image portion on the screen is showing as blank (white screen). I can not understand the reason for it.
When Iam running the same application in another PC, it is working fine. I have gone through the OpenGL version details of those two system, however I cannot find out the reason. Here Iam providing the OpenGL version details of those system also.
OpenGL Version details of system in which image is not shown:
name of display: :0.0
display: :0 screen: 0
direct rendering: Yes
server glx vendor string: SGI
server glx version string: 1.2
client glx vendor string: SGI
client glx version string: 1.4
OpenGL vendor string: Tungsten Graphics, Inc
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel(R) 865G 20040919 x86/MMX/SSE2
OpenGL version string: 1.3 Mesa 6.2.1
glu version: 1.3
OpenGL Version details of the system in which image is shown perfectly:
name of display: :0.0
display: :0 screen: 0
direct rendering: No
server glx vendor string: SGI
server glx version string: 1.2
client glx vendor string: SGI
client glx version string: 1.4
OpenGL vendor string: Mesa project: www.mesa3d.org
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa GLX Indirect
OpenGL version string: 1.2 (1.5 Mesa 6.2.1)
glu version: 1.3
Thanks in advance
Shariff
