Hello,
If you want to do Qt development, you are better off installing
Kubuntu instead of Ubuntu. If you are going to use Phonon, you should
be aware most Linux distributions provide Phonon from KDE instead of
Phonon from Qt (usually Phonon from KDE is a newer version than Phonon
from Qt).
