[Qt-interest] Use QAxContainer in open source Qt 4.5.1?

Hello,Can I use QAxContainer/QAxWidget to hold a ActiveX control in LGPL Qt
4.5.1?
I know I can use it in commercial Qt, and ActiveQt framework is documented
in commercial edition only.

But we also found the QAxContainer Module is under BSD license.

So, can we build QAxContainer.lib with a open source version Qt? and How?
It seems the default configuration for open source Qt doesn't include
QAxbase.h....
