[Qt-interest] Qt 4.5 Clarification

Hi all,

I have just completed an install of Ubuntu 9.04 and was very happy to
note that the version of Qt now included is 4.5.0.

I built a quick test app which included a help->about option and did not
get the expected results. Sure enough it tells me I am using v4.5.0 but
it tells me this is the Open Source Edition and all the usual things
from previous versions about needing a commercial Qt license for non-OSS
application development.

Until now I was under the impression 4.5 was lgpl.

Is this just a bug in the text being displayed, a packaging error from
Ubuntu, or something else?
