[Qt-interest] How could i use QWT widgets

I just want to use the qwtcompass that it has.But i don't know if qwt is 
a separate library or not.I tried to make a compass that it receives an 
integer and turns the north arrow just like the integer.So i found qwt 
instead of drawing it for myself using opengl.
