I am using both KDE and my own Qt apps via vnc on a daily basis. And here ot 
all looks nice. Sometimes I run my own apps inside a (second and third) 
vncserver with fluxbox and it still looks good. Maybe that is because I also 
did run qtconfig once and did set some options.
