[Qt-interest] Qt 4.5 Clarification

Qt 4.5.1 about box says Qt is available in 3 licenses -- GPL (for  
open-source software), LGPL (for open- and closed-source software that  
complies with LGPL terms) and their own commercial one (for other cases).
