Sorry, but that is complete and utter nonsense. Unix tools handle spaces in
filenames or paths just fine. If you re-read that statement more closely,
the problem is said to be with Qt's qmake. However thats also not quite
correct IIRC, the issue is having qmake itself in a path with spaces is a
problem, but having a .pro file in a path with spaces is not.
