You sent the first message just over half an hour from this reply.

If you want replies, please give people the opportunity to read the email. 
Given the timezones of the world (your email is dated 6:19 am in my 
timezone), people will take at least a day to see your email. In some 
cases, people can only reply during the weekends when they're off work -- 
some others only reply during weekdays.

So give an entire *week* before you send an email re-requesting help. And 
if you do that, make sure you include more information on the problem. 
You're expected to have done more research in that week.

Finally, this is a voluntary service. People reply if they want to. That 
means you have to do your best to make people *want* to reply. Be nice, 
write properly formatted messages, run a spell checker, etc. And don't 
nag: that will only make people want even *less* to reply to you.

If you need help faster than what this mailing list can provide, you 
should consider hiring paid support or a consultant.
