Correct, the only way to currently connect to MS SQL is via ODBC...

Is there some special high performance MS SQL driver? I haven't been

to find that. Or is the only driver available for MS SQL the ODBC one?
Also, are all the Qt solutions available for download under LPGL now, or
only some?
