Wait *one* *week* before you repost a message. If you need quicker 
turnaround times, I suggest hiring support or a consultant.

Also, you have yet to post some code showing what you're trying to do, 
what happens and what you wanted to happen.

This mailing list is composed of volunteers who will help you if they 
understand your problem and know how to help you. If the issue is, like 
you say, a simple issue, then usually you will get help. If you're not 
getting help, then it's very likely that no one can understand you, so 
write a more detailed message, post code, screenshots, etc.
