[Qt-interest] Set the column width for QTreewidget to fixed

Hello

I am using the QTreeWidget with pyQt binding. I am using the QTreeWidget as
a list and i wanted to know if it is possible to set the columnwidth to be
fixed and to also not allow the user to move the columns.
