There were very few reports exactly with the same issue as You have. We are still investigating.

If You have a freshly installed Windows, could You try installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 redistributable package, before launching the installer?

It may be that a MSVCR80.DLL is missing on your system, and that may cause the hang. This is in the current state however pure speculation.

If it works, please let us know.
