[Qt-interest] master-stable has bugs which prevents it from compiling...

Hi

For a few days I'm trying to build master-stable on Windows Vista, using 
mingw 4.4.0 (and 3.4.2) but can't due to errors both in build scripts 
and source code.

1. Build scripts are broken and you get an error that libbootstrap.a 
can't be found in src/tools/boostrap/release. It can't be found there 
because it's in src/tools/boostrap (no release subdir at the end)

2. Source code is broken and you get
codecs\qtextcodecplugin.h:73: Error: Undefined interface
make[1]: *** [tmp/moc/debug_shared/moc_qtextcodecplugin.cpp] Error 1
make: *** [sub-corelib-make_default-ordered] Error 2

Can somone responsible for builds in qt take a look at these bugs, please?
