[Qt-interest] PostgreSQL plugin

The pre-build plugin might be compiled against static version of  
PostgreSQL library, e.g. to reduce package dependencies.

Why not ask the package maintainer or other Ubuntu developers (for  
example, on "#ubuntu", "#ubuntu+1" or "#ubuntu-devel" IRC channel)?
