[Qt-interest] [Patch] Qt4 mysql plugin isOpen functionality

Hi,

There is a bug open since years :

I went to need this feature for a mysql injector daemon myself.

Here is the patch that add the functionality in MySQL.

It allow to detect if the remote mysql server is shutdown or not.

Plz include it in next qt4.5.3

This patch is released under every licences qt4 is into 
(AFGPL3/GPL3/LGPL3/LGPL+Exception/Nokia licence)

Plz cc me as soon as the inclusion is granted in qt4.5.3 (or later :'() to 
have it in major linux distribution.
