You can use the ActiveQt Framework to embedd IE ActiveX in your Qt app.

I do use QWebKit. I am creating a web page editor so I wish to provide
a preview function for the web page. 
The preview will be in different layout engines - webkit, IE (in
windows) and may be gecko also eventually.
