[Qt-interest] First technology preview of GICS framework

Hi folks,

TEGESOFT is proud to announce the first public technology preview of 
GICS - Graphical Instruments and Components Solutions.

GICS is a cross-platform framework based on Qt 4.5 and Graphics View 
module with following main features:

- A set of built-in instruments: button, gauge, slider, LCD display, ...
- A set of graphical components that can be combined to built new 
instruments
- A theme system based on a new property system (CAMP) and SVG files to 
customize the appearence and the behaviour of existing instruments

GICS is available under dual-licensing, either GNU/GPLv3.0 or commercial.
