[Qt-interest] unwanted change of layout's size when open .ui file in another os

Hello,

using Qt Designer 4.6 in both os of win-xp & ubuntu for opening the same .ui file, leads to unwanted change in layout's size of forms.
The forms are including horizontal & vertical layouts & spacers who hold various input widgets.
unfortunately, the unwanted changes lead to shift (& disappear) some widgets to out of the forms.
what is the solution to have the same form shape in both os?
