[Qt-interest] QTable load problem

Dear All,
 
I have an object of QTable which has 1,000,000 rows and 3 columns.I want to load the information of a file in it. I used QTable::setText() to put the file information in table cells.But it is a time consuming action and take lots of seconds to load the data.Does anybody know how I can reduce the loading time?
