There's this example:
http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/BundleUtilitiesExample
It could be simpler though.  The main point is to include BundleUtilities and call fixup_bundle().  In CMake 2.8, it also works on Linux and Mac.
Its much like the qtdeploy tool, except that it is not qt specific.
