[Qt-interest] Notification area inside main window

Hi,
Thanks, this works from the point of view that I can display a message in
the statusbar. However, what I am really after is the ability to mimic the
systemtrayicon functionality so that the notification popups are within my
application windows instead of above the taskbar. I see that the label has a
frame component to it, do I need to override that to accomplish this?
