[Qt-interest] dtcore4.dll link

1. The toolkit's name is "Qt", not "QT". Please, write it correctly.

2. Make sure the directory with QtCore4.dll is listed in your "PATH"  
environment variable and/or Visual Studio's list of directories for  
executable files (Tools -> Options -> Projects and Solutions -> VC++  
directories -> Show directories for -> Executable Files).
