[Qt-interest] QSortFilterProxyModel / lazy population - hasChildren

I need to overwrite it because my model data is a directory tree from a
FTP server. I want to get the directory listing from the server when and
only when the files in a folder are displayed to simply to avoid
unnecessary FTP requests.
