Subject: [Qt-interest] Flickering in QGraphicsView w/OpenGL

Hi

Has anyone figured out how to solve the horrid QGraphicsView
flickering that is present during window (or probably more accurately
QScrollArea) resizing - when the backing window is OpenGL? (Mac,
10.5.x and 10.6.x).

E.g.
    1. make a GraphicsView (with a scene), backed by QGLWidget
    2. put a simple rect in it (anything)
    3. resize the window - watch the horrid flickering of the edges of
the QGraphicsView that are newly exposed, as they get redrawn

I'd *love* to try and solve this. I believe its been a problem since
4.5.x and its still here in 4.6.0. If anyone knows of some pointers
that would get be started in the right direction, I'd be willing to
give it a shot.
