[Qt-interest] Removing the close button from a maximized QMdiSubWindow

I am working with QMdiSubWindows that I would like to never be closed by the
user. I have so far removed the close button from the title bar of the
window by setting attributes for the window and I have removed the context
menu so that the user cannot close by right clicking the title bar. The
last thing I need to do is remove the close button that appears when you
maximize the QMdiSubWindow, but I cannot find a way to do this.
Also, I am a new user to this board (and this type of forum) and have no
idea how to reply to this. Is there an faq or can someone tell me how I can
reply to a message in a thread?
Thanks.
