[Qt-interest] [Docs] New "layout" of 4.6 index page - tools?

It's at the end of "Overviews" page

While Qt 4.6 documentation looks better (fonts, aligning, tables, etc.)
than previous versions, it's also somewhat confusing and harder to
navigate.
