[Qt-interest] Treat wchar_t as built in type on windows

Hi,

i would like you to reopen this bug:
http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-296

as its impossible to call some C++ libraries using std::wstrings under
Windows ( at least when you are having QStrings in GUI and need to convert
them to wstring) which were built withe the default flag, to treat it as
built in.
