[Qt-interest] Missing DLLs in Qt SDK

I'm having this issue with 2009.05, previous releases worked
transparently, it is just irritating... :(
This happens with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Other developers that I work with are getting nervous with things just
not working or being slower, but they miss the hard and amazing work
have been done with Qt and QtCreator.
